Rachelle was born and raised in Seneca Rocks, WV and trained at Rudy and Kelly Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner School. She specializes in barbering and precision cuts, plus a full range of coloring services. Her goal: clients feel comfortable walking in and confident walking out.
